training was like HEAVEN. except for the few cursing moments. and improved ALOT!!! i did 3.2 in 17 mins the first round but died the next round. 21mins. hahs nvm! i still did a 17 mins! (: better then the previous 19.30 (: then muscle strenghtening. (: i like. 90% endurance. trust me it was like living in hell but it was heaven.

I am in cppppbbbbaaaa lesson. cppa, chemical process lecture. quite intersting arh. okay miyane is coughing and playing cabal beside me! hahs.
