yesterday was army half marathon. 10km-ed , 1 hour 07 mins., not bad for a newbie! but am sure that i improved alot. constant until 8km mark and waterpoint. slowdown :(. regret. my target for next year is 21km :) currently training for newbalance 15km. who cares about 2.4 now :) academic!! Os oral ROCKED! it was on microbio experiement.! chemistry biology engineering maths. 75% done left with chemical process!!
